It was announced on NPR a couple of weeks back and I had it on my to do list. It's hilarious - because I went thru all the steps you listed and then got to the page where you can edit and I was so bummed. Should have google searched for reviews first, but figured if it's Photoshop it's got to be good. Great review - easy to read, concise, and right on target. TOTALLY agree with you.
