ROUNDUS – Photography for the future? For me, yes.

Panoramic pictures may be nothing new, but ROUNDUS’s approach is a whole different circle!

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of interviewing with one of the founders, Christopher Kingsley. Throughout the next couple months, I shall be periodically slipping in to learn about the 360 technique. My first impressions of this group of nine young guys in the middle of staking out their space in an old building (last inhabited by apartment dwellers in the 1840s) in downtown Lincoln was, “Wow! It would be sooooo fun to work here!” (I think I scored some respect points when after being warned of occasional nerf warfare, I mentioned my knowledge of ThinkGeek’s stock)

Not only will the second floor host ROUNDUS’s office space, but also several art galleries, creative/design/art studios, and a hair salon. Once the renovation is done, visitors will think they’ve stepped into a building in a bigger city than Lincoln, NE. Whether I eventually land the job or not, I’m excited for the intense creativeness! 🙂
