    I like what you have found on social media. I was working on a project that was dealing in the social environment. I have since let the project go, but the social paradigm is so new to marketers and many that they don’t know how to reach the audience that they want to reach. I like that the new paradigm isn’t about monologue but it’s about conversation. Most companies are not good at conversations, if they were they would understand what their own employees are going through. But, anyhow good stuff, and keep posting what you find.
